What is Booty Camp?
Booty Camp is built around a few simple concepts. 

First, workouts are designed by women, for women of any age, ability and level of fitness. 

Second – no egos. Just a safe, supportive environment where women can turn up, improve their fitness, and support each other.

And finally, everything we put in the workout can be adjusted for women of different fitness levels and abilities.  You never have to worry you can’t complete a workout or do a movement.











Who is it for?

To put it simply – everyone! Booty Camp is a place where women from all walks of life can come together, work hard in a supportive environment and even share some laughs and stories along the way.


What can I expect to get from Booty Camp?
Booty Camp takes group training in gyms to a new level by providing focused coaching to a small group of participants. It’s about having the ability to monitor your individual performance, while providing personal care and attention to you.
Sessions are kept diverse and varied.  No barbells.  No gymnastics.  This is where we lay the foundations to build upon in your fitness journey. There is no room to get bored with the workouts at Booty Camp.

If you follow the program, you will see physical results. And that will be awesome.  But even the most impressive transformation photos have something way more significant behind them – a shift in attitude.  Booty Camp can give you the tools to change, if you’re willing to learn to use them!


What if I can’t do the movements?
Booty Camp is completely for all fitness levels and physical abilities.
Whether you’re injured, pregnant, have never exercised a day in your life, or live with chronic conditions, we can program workouts that you can complete. Because that sense of achievement is part of what keeps you coming back.
What’s more, with such a supportive group of women surrounding you, you may just find that you can do more than you thought you could.
