CONTESSA SWEAT - For Beginners!
Have you always wanted to try CrossFit but been too scared to start? Worried about the higher level skills often seen in classes such as barbell movements and gymnastics? Had some time off training due to injury/kids/life and need some guidance getting back into a routine?
Our Sweat classes were created for you!
Contessa Sweat is a 45 minute class consisting of high intensity functional movements in a small group setting, run by coaches who care about you and your goals. We will teach you all that you need to know about moving safely and effectively, and bring the fun back into training and exercise.
What is Contessa Sweat?
Contessa Sweat is built around a few simple concepts...
First, workouts are designed by women, for women of any age, ability and level of fitness.
Second – no egos. Just a safe, supportive environment where women can turn up, improve their fitness and support each other.
And finally, everything we put in the workout can be adjusted for women of different fitness levels and abilities. You never have to worry you can’t complete a workout or do a movement.
Who is it for?
To put it simply – everyone! Sweat is a community where women from all walks of life can come together, work hard in a supportive environment and even share some laughs and stories along the way.
What can I expect to get from Sweat?
Contessa Sweat takes group training in gyms to a new level by providing focused coaching to a small group of participants. It’s about having the ability to monitor your individual performance, while providing personal care and attention to you.
Sessions are kept diverse and varied. No barbells. No gymnastics. This is where we lay the foundations to build upon in your fitness journey. There is no room to get bored with the workouts.
If you follow the program, you will see physical results. And that will be awesome. But even the most impressive transformation photos have something way more significant behind them – a shift in attitude. Contessa Sweat can give you the tools to change, if you’re willing to learn to use them!
What if I can’t do the movements?
Contessa Sweat is for all fitness levels and physical abilities.
Whether you’re injured, pregnant, have never exercised a day in your life, or live with chronic conditions, we can program workouts that you can complete. Because that sense of achievement is part of what keeps you coming back.
What’s more, with such a supportive group of women surrounding you, you may just find that you can do more than you thought you could.
How much does it cost?
