Intro Class

At Contessa, we want to help women from all walks of life with their health and fitness and give them the best opportunity to set themselves up for success from the get-go. 

The CrossFit Contessa Intro workshop is written by our team of passionate industry professionals with a combined fitness industry experience of 25+ years. 

During this 90 minute workshop, your Coaches will take you through a few common CrossFit movements, skills & progressions, touch on the nutrition basics & run you through a general day at Contessa; We will show you how this place and these people can change your life!

We keep these sessions small as we find the information is best retained as you learn slowly and have plenty of time for questions and building relationships with your coach and fellow students.
