CROSSFIT KIDS
The CrossFit Contessa Kids and Teens program is a core strength and conditioning program for children 4-16 years old.
We aim to teach safe, functional movement through a range of different activities including games, obstacle courses and gymnastics, to name a few. This type of training helps to develop a broad range of fitness components such as endurance, strength, flexibility, balance and coordination - disguised as fun! These skills carry over to other sports; both team and individual.
As well as developing important physical skills, we also teach our Contessa Kids and Teens about confidence, self love and the development of a positive mindset through our classes, which gives them the tools they need to conquer any obstacle they may encounter at school or in life.
Our CrossFit Kids program runs on a Monday and Wednesday afternoon, for 8 weeks (week 2 - 9 of each school term).
Kids Sessions:
4-6 years old - 3:45pm - 4:25pm
7-12 years old - 4:30pm - 5:25pm
Teens Sessions:
13 years and up - 5:30pm - 6:30pm
Sign up - CrossFit Kids/Teens 1 session per week – $130
