Contessa Nutrition is a holistic, lifestyle focused online coaching program targeted at those who want to improve their body composition, their understanding of food, their relationship with food and performance in the gym (and life!).
Candice is a Working Against Gravity Certified Nutrition Coach, as well as a CFL2 at CrossFit Contessa and a Physiotherapist.
She has firsthand experience of the benefits of nutrition; having competed as a bodybuilder for many years before falling in love with CrossFit. Over the years she has worked with Dietitians and Nutrition Coaches, and the incredible change that she saw in her performance, body composition and relationship with food prompted her to do more study in this field, and start Contessa Nutrition.
Do I have to be a member of CrossFit Contessa to sign up to this program?
No! Our program is run via an online platform and is therefore accessible to anyone with an internet connection around the world!
What do I get?
- Multiple interactions with your coach via our online platform per week
- Access to private FB group; full of teaching, recipes and interaction with our other nutrition coaching clients
- Data tracking via True Coach online platform
- Monthly in person check ins with your coach (this will be via Zoom/phone call for remote clients
How long will I need Nutrition Coaching for?
We require a minimum 3 month commitment, but most of our clients stay with us for 6 months+.
Do I get a meal plan?
Rather than us writing you a meal plan, we teach YOU the skills you need to write one for yourself. Rather than telling you what to do, we teach you HOW to do it, so that you have these skills for life!
