Mandi is the owner of CrossFit Contessa
Her fitness career began at the age of 16 when she completed her Cert 3 & 4 in fitness, the youngest in her cohort. Mandi’s first ‘real’ job in the industry was with Fernwood Fitness where she achieved various national monthly awards for Personal Training within the company. For the next 8 years, Mandi worked her way up through all of the available roles within a popular franchise gym boasting 2500 members. This is where she learned the required skills to own and run her own fitness business.
CrossFit Contessa opened in 2014, where Mandi’s focus has been on empowering women, developing the staff, upgrading her qualifications and skill set and raising her own Daughter with the same principles used in the gym daily.
